Frequently asked questions about Leaderboard

Ranks are defined based on three characteristics and they are as follows :

  • Bronze: 5 successful referrals, a minimum personal balance of $20, and a collective balance of $40 for the people you have referred.
  • Silver: 20 successful referrals, a minimum personal balance of $50, and a collective balance of $100 for the people you have referred.
  • Gold: 40 successful referrals, a minimum personal balance of $100, and a collective balance of $250 for the people you have referred.
  • Platinum: 100 successful referrals, a minimum personal balance of $250, and a collective balance of $1,000 for the people you have referred.
  • Diamond: 200 successful referrals, a minimum personal balance of $5,000, and a collective balance of $7,500 for the people you have referred.
  • Ruby:400 successful referrals, a minimum personal balance of $10,000, and a collective balance of $10,000 for the people you have referred.
  • MVP: 500 successful referrals, a minimum personal balance of $20,000, and a collective balance of $30,000 for the people you have referred.
  • The user has defined all three checks for the ranks and you probably haven’t. Be sure the people you referred have their accounts funded!
    You receive points when a fellow user signs up with your referral code, when you make a deposit and when your referrals make a deposit
    Only activities like referrals, deposits, and content creation count for the leaderboard. For the app, extra activities like plan creation will get you points.

    Documented posts like Blogs and Twitter threads will give you 5 points per activity. Audio and visual content like Podcasts and Youtube videos will give 10 points per activity. You could get up to 30 Points per activity if your post is mind-blowing!
    To move up the leaderboard to the Silver category you need to refer at least 15 more people, have a minimum personal balance of $50 and a minimum collective balance of $100 sum total from the people you refer.
    Yes, it is possible to move downwards the leaderboard. Your points reduce when the amount in your wallet reduces, or when the account balance of the people you referred reduces.
    Asides sharing your referral code and making people sign in with your code you also need to have a minimum personal balance of $20 in your account, and a minimum collective balance of $40 sum total from the people you refer.
    To maintain your position on the leaderboard, ensure you are continually sharing your referral code, retain your account balance and encourage the people you refer to fund their wallets.
